Self-defense University (SDU): Now Open for New Enrollments
Personal safety training has never been so critically important, or so accessible. MLS provides learning resources for teachers, students, and parents through Internet Peer-training Programs from Self-defense University (SDU).
Learn at your own pace! SDU Course Enrollments give you unique and immediate access to professionally-supervised, 24/7 email discussions with others like you -- whether you are new to the curriculum topics and skills, an experienced teacher, or a senior instructor.
Expanding social networks is a protective factor for any female. The MLS Network encourages educated networks of safety leaders and learners, with our unique online tools and network of resources and resource-providers.
SDU is your resource for on-going discussion, your questions answered, and the self-defense information and training that serves your needs. Receive writen materials for self-study, reference, and sharing. SDU E-Learning Courses include skill-training descriptions and essential age and audience-appropriate information.
